Refund Requests

To request a refund for lift tickets, Buddy/SWAF tickets, or on-mountain activities (e.g., tubing, night skiing, sight-seeing), please email us at or visit the resort ticket window by no later than 5 PM on the expiration date for which your lift ticket provides access. Be advised, your product is not refundable except as set forth in this policy.
