Guest Services & Tickets*:
- Ticket Windows open 15 minutes prior to resort Operational Hours
- Ticket Windows close 30 minutes prior to resort closing
Express Lift Ticket Pickup: For online tickets purchased less than 9 days in advance.
- Only Available on select days

Ski & Ride School:
Visit the Ski and Ride School window attached to the Guest Service Desk for more information!
Retail & Rental
Rental Shop*:
- Opens 15 minutes prior to the resort opening for the day
- Closes in line with Hours of Operations (for rental equipment drop off only)
Retail Shop, The Den*:
- Opens 1 hour after resort opens for the day
- Closes 30 minutes prior to resort closing for the day
