When Sunday Training Program
6 week sessions

Weekday Training Program
6 week session (weekday schedule 2 days per week)

Please note athlete must be approved by coach for Wednesday Night Training Sessions

Train 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Wednesdays 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Break 11 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. n/a
Race  11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Wrap up, Awards, and announcements.
 Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Pick Up  2:15 p.m.  

Register: Participants must pre-register in the Administrative Office, Online or at the Kickoff Event Sunday January 5th at 10 a.m. (Main Lodge).

*Team Jackets can be purchased through Shannon Shaw by October 15th and are and additional cost to athlete*
