This year we are pleased to offer Free Ski Check for all Season Passholders! Ohio Pass & Mad River Mountain passholders will receive two anytime lift tickets to use for friends or family and two tubing tickets to use yourself or for friends directly loaded on your pass. The MAD RIVER FAMILY PASS
The Mad River Family Pass is designed to offer families of four or more the best deal on an unlimited use pass when purchasing together. The Family Pass includes four (4) MRM Passes for up to two adults age 18 & older and two children age 17 & younger. Up to two additional dependents (age 17 & younger) may be added for only $100 each. The Family Pass is not a direct-to-slopes pass; a lift ticket must be obtained upon each use.; Tubing is not included on the Family Pass.

The PICK A DAY PASS 
Our least expensive and most flexible season pass option, the Pick A Day Pass offers one "floating" day of skiing each week (Monday through Sunday). That means you can ski all day Saturday this week, then all day Tuesday next week. Plus, beginning February 20, 2014, the PAD Pass becomes valid for everyday use. The Pick A Day Pass is not a direct-to-slopes pass; a lift ticket must be obtained upon each use. Tubing is not included on the Pick A Day Pass.

The Mad Rewards Card
Not sure you can commit to a Season Pass? Try the Mad Rewards Card and still reap the benefits as a frequent visitor. Mad Rewards Card holders receive 50% off midweek, non-holiday lift ticket rates and 25% off weekend and holiday lift ticket rates. The Mad Rewards Card is non-transferable and does not include discounts on rentals, lessons or tubing tickets. Limit one discounted ticket per day.

Season Pass Refund Policy
Mad River Mountain will issue refunds at their discretion for the following circumstances: injury or sickness preventing skiing/snowboarding, relocation by employer outside of reasonably accessible radius to the resort, and/or military deployment. Notification of non-participation must be received by Mad River Mountain within 14 days of injury or relocation/deployment notification. Notifications of injury must be received from a licensed Doctor of Medecine, relocation notifications from an employer on compay letterhead, and deployment notifications on US Military documentation.
Amount refunded will be the purchase price of your pass, less the following items:
- $25 processing fee
- Standard lift ticket rate (and rental rate if applicable) during each day or session of use prior to receipt of the refund request
Only refund requests on passes including the Refund Option will be issued monetary credit. Refund requests on passes not including the Refund Option will be issued resort credit in the form of a Mad Money gift card, valid on any Mad River Mountain products and services (no expiration). If the refund requestor has a parent, spouse or dependent (age 17 & younger) who is also a pass holder that has selected the Refund Option and chooses to cease participation, he/she may also be entitled to a refund. To begin a refund request call 1-800-231-7669 ext.291. Please allow at least two weeks after receipt of required materials for processing.
