Capital Park, The City of Oxford, and G-Rides Shop Present The Oxford Community Park Rail Jam. The third and final stop of the pre-season rail jam tour will land in Oxford, Ohio, Saturday November 21st from 12p-4p. The event is free and will offer live entertainment from an up and coming local band, the Skratchmatik Crew on the ones and twos, give-aways, and two creative lines, one with rails and another with a small jump and wall ride.
