Tubing Groups

Mad River Mountain offers tubing groups of 15 or more great benefits, including 20-25% off regular tubing rates, plus one free tubing ticket for every 15 tickets purchased! Our Group Sales Department provides assistance with organizing your group outing through every step of the process to make sure your trip to the Avalanche Tubing Park is nothing but fun.  

HERE ARE THE BASICS:

• Groups must consist of 15 or more people
• Group reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance if you are visiting during normal operating hours and 72 hours in advance if you are scheduling a private group outing with 50 or more tubers.
• Upon arrival tickets must be purchased in one transaction.
• Mad River Mountain is happy to help you customize your groups experience with additional items such as meals, pre-printed gift cards and more.

GROUP TUBING RATES:

Fri-Sun & Holidays* - 3 hour session      $20.00
Thursday 5pm-9:30pm - unlimited         $15.00

MIDWEEK PRIVATE SESSIONS AVAILABLE TOO!

Have a group of 50 or more?  Large groups can request a private tubing session outside of normal operating hours to best fit your groups schedule and maximize your tubing fun! Private session rates are $20 per person for groups of 50-99 or $15 per person for groups 100+; normal comp ratios apply.  

Private Sessions are available non-holiday Mondays through Wednesdays between 10am & 9:30pm or non-holiday Thursdays between 10am & 5pm. Maximum session length of 4 hours. Please make your reservation 72 hours in advance to allow Team Blizzard time to prepare the park for your outing.  

*Holiday periods include 12/18/11-1/1/12; 1/13-16/12; 2/17-20/12.

HOW TO PLAN YOUR GROUP OUTING

Step 1.  GET TOGETHER
Gather 15 or more friends, co-workers, relatives or club members.

Step 2. GIVE US A CALL
Contact Mad River to make your reservation by calling 1-800-231-SNOW (7669) x0 or x202.  You can also email us at groups@skimadriver.com.  Be sure to book your group outing at least 24 hours in advance.  We don't require pre-payment, so you can make changes to your reservation as needed. 

Step 3.  CONFIRM CHANGES
If you need to make changes to or cancel your reservation prior to your outing call us or email us at the above number/address so we can update your booking.

Step 4. COME ON UP!
Upon arrival, the Group Leader, should report to the Group Sales counter, located inside our Guest Services area (near the Ticket Windows).  Here we will review your reservation, make any necessary changes, and process your tickets.  We require that tickets are paid for in one transaction and accept cash, check or credit card.  Before leaving the Guest Service desk check that you have all your tickets so you can distribute accordingly.

All persons utilizing the Avalanche Tubing Park must have a valid tubing ticket.  Mad River Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.  Use of lift tickets or our facilities confirms that you agree to be bound by these terms and others posted, whether you obtained the tickets yourself or they are provided by someone else.

The resort may change operating hours or close due to grooming, weather, special events, or may otherwise change or close without notice and without liability to Mad River Mountain.  Mad River Mountain reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons.
