One Time Group Guide -Tubing

Do you have a large group of 15 or more that would like to visit the Avalanche Tubing Park? The Group Sales office is here to help. Follow the simple guidelines below to get your group out on the snow for less.

• Groups must consist of 15 or more people
• Discounted Rates
• Private Group Outings Available most Monday and Tuesday Nights* 
• Contact the group sales office at Mad River Mountain at least 72 hours in advance.
• Receive a confirmation and related group materials.
• 24 hours prior to the outing, follow up with a call or email with your exact group numbers and packages.
• Tickets must be purchased in one form of payment and in one transaction at the Administration Office which is located above the ski resort lift ticket office.
• For your convenience, on the day of the outing the Group Leader should visit the Administration Office, purchase the groups tickets and then meet the group at the Avalanche Tubing Park to distribute the tickets.
• Group Leaders are rewarded with one complimentary Tubing Ticket for every 16th person.
• Tubes are available on a first come first serve basis.

Get the benefits of the group pricing with a bit more flexibility and personalized attention. Great for those who expect last minute changes or need special attention. To sign up for this package:

Step 1. GATHER.
Gather fifteen or more friends, coworkers, relatives, or club members.

Step 2. CONTACT.
Contact Mad River to make your reservation either at 800-231-SNOW (7669) x 0 or x 202. You must do this at least 72 hours in advance. Reservations without a confirmation will not be honored.

Step 3. CONFIRM.
At least 24 hours prior to your outing, call 800-231-SNOW x 0 or x 202 or email groups@skimadriver.com to confirm or cancel your reservation.

Step 4. ARRIVAL.
Upon arrival, the group leader will check in at the registration desk in the Care Center, on the upper level of the Administrative Building. The group leader must pay in one transaction (all cash, check, or credit) and is responsible for distributing the tickets to the group members.

Step 5. TICKETS.
Distribute your tickets to the group and hit the Tubing Park. Please make sure that you have counted and received the correct tickets prior to leaving the Care Center. Once a sale is complete there are no exchanges or refunds.

Mad River Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The Resort or certain slopes may change operating hours; close due to grooming, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be closed without notice and without liability to Mad River Mountain. Mad River Mountain reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons. Use of Lift Tickets or our facilities confirms absolutely your agreement to be bound by all these terms and others posted, whether you obtained the tickets yourself or they are provided by someone else.

Fraudulent use of Lift Tickets or violations of Your Responsibility Code may result in criminal prosecution, civil liability, and/or loss of lift privileges without compensation or refund. All tickets may be revoked by Management at any time, without refund, at their discretion. The ski area has sole discretion and final say in enforcing rules.
