Junior Race Camp

JUNIOR RACE CAMP The date for this camp is December 26, 2008 from 9:45am-3pm. The registration cost is $30.00 for each participant. Participants must register and pay in the Administrative Office located on the 2nd floor of the Administrative Building. Participants will meet at the Racing Headquarters room (1st floor of the Administrative Building, slope-side) at 9:45 the day of the camp.
The camp will focus on the latest skiing and racing technique. The athletes will work with highly skilled coaches on fundamentals, train GS and slalom, and work on their physical & mental focus.
Junior racers can also be a part of the Columbus Ski Club Race Program, provided their parents are members. Almost every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays at the race start hut at the top of the CHUTE trail, you can participate with the Columbus Ski Club in Slalom, Giant Slalom and speed racing events.
