Ski/Snowboard Groups

Mad River offers gropus of 15 or more great benefits, including at least 15% off regular ticket rates, plus one free lift ticket for every 15 paid!  We provide assistance every step of the way to make sure your group outing is nothing but fun. 

HERE'S THE BASICS:  

• Groups must consist of 15 or more people.
• Group reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Upon arrival, tickets must be purchased in one transaction.
• Group Ski/Snowboard lessons are available for those ages 7 & older.  For those under the age of 7, contact us for special arrangements.
• In addition to great discounted rates, groups can take advantage of available food packages, private gathering rooms and more!

* Holiday periods include: 12/18/11-1/1/12; (1/13-18/12) and (2/17-20/12).

HOW TO PLAN YOUR GROUP OUTING 

Step 1. GET TOGETHER
Gather fifteen or more friends, coworkers, relatives, or club members.

Step 2. GIVE US A CALL
Contact Mad River to make your reservation by calling 1-800-231-SNOW (7669) x0 or x202. You can also email us at groups@skimadriver.com.  Be sure to book your outing at least 24 hours in advance.  We don’t require prepayment, so you can make changes to your reservation as needed.

Step 3. CONFIRM CHANGES

If you need to make changes to or cancel a reservation prior to your outing, call 1-800-231-SNOW x0 or x202, or email groups@skimadriver.com so we can update your booking.

Step 4.  COME ON UP

Upon arrival, the Group Leader should report to the Group Sales counter, located inside our Tickets Building.  Here we will review your reservation, make any necessary changes, and process your tickets.  We require that tickets are paid for in one transaction, andwe accept cash, check or credit card.  Before leaving the Tickets Building check that you have all the tickets you need, then you can distribute them to your group members.  Be sure to give each person the correct ticket (ie, don’t give a Junior ticket to an Adult by mistake)!

Seasonal Groups 

Mad River Mountain offers great benefits to seasonal groups through our Master the Mountain (MTM) program.  MTM clubs can purchase season passes at a discounted rate and get awesome incentives like free season passes, free lift tickets, or free Mad Money!  For MTM club requirements and to find out how to sign up, call our Group Sales office at 1-800-231-SNOW (7669) x202.

All persons utilizing Mad River Mountain’s slopes must have a valid lift ticket.  Mad River Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.  Use of lift tickets or our facilities confirms your agreement to be bound by these terms and others posted, whether you obtained the tickets yourself or they are provided by someone else.
The resort may change operating hours or close due to grooming, weather, special events, or may otherwise change or close without notice and without liability to Mad River Mountain. Mad River Mountain reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons.
