TERRAIN
With 24 slopes and trails set on 144 acres, Mad River Mountain offers terrain for everyone. Whether you are learning to ski on our 7-acre introductory slope or riding "The Regulator", you’ll find all the variety you need. Click on the Trail Map above to see all of Mad River’s trails and ratings.

TERRAIN PARKS
At Mad River Mountain we offer two Terrain Parks: Capital Park and Momentum Park. Our experienced Park Crew designs and builds both parks with progression in mind. Start your freestyle experience in Momentum Park , then progress on to Capital Park, voted the Midwest’s Favorite Terrain Park 2010 & 2011 by OnTheSnow.com readers. 

**NEW IN 2011/2012** THE PROGRAM will be building Capital Park.  The Program is developed by Peak Resorts to maintain the top parks in the industry this side of the Missisissippi. The same builders who have built Carinthia Parks at Mount Snow (The East's #1 Terrain Park System) and Big Boulder (Top 5 Parks in Transworld four years running) will be putting their finishing touches to Capital Park this season.  Look for some new lines and new features!  

AVALANCHE TUBING PARK
The Avalanche Tubing Park is a great place for the entire family to enjoy Mad River Mountain this winter. Team Blizzard utilizes special equipment and years of experience to sculpt a diverse series of chutes that offer mellow rollers for the youngsters and aggressive drops for the thrill seekers. The tubing park is serviced by two magic carpet conveyor lifts that zip you to the top. Once there just choose your chute, hop in, and away you go! Ten 1000' long chute, 2 conveyor lifts, 600 tubes, equal unlimited fun!
